We are currently looking for a number of Sales team members to support our Emerging Elite agents as they take the next step in their business.

We have roles to suit:

  • Administrative Sales PA’s
  • Aspiring Salespeople who would value being mentored and coached by some of the industry’s brightest
  • Gun business development managers who are happy to get out there and find new listings

Previous successful applicants for these roles have encompassed a range of ages and backgrounds including:

  • Mum returning to the workforce
  • Painter
  • Recruitment consultants
  • Property managers
  • Aspiring professional/semi-professional sportspeople
  • Retail sales staff with ambition for higher earning capacity

Duties vary depending on the agent which you would be working with, however a reliable vehicle and driver’s licence is a must, as is the ability to work on Saturday’s.

Full training and mentoring is provided, and you will benefit from the legacy of a number of previous graduates emerging from our Sales Associate/PA pathways to become Salespeople, or to take on higher roles within the business.
